When my wife started to look for homes in Delaware, we did what everyone does, we drove around and looked at homes we saw on the Internet.  We were in an area that we liked and saw two Realtor signs.  One was Liz Page-Kramer.  We called both numbers and agreed that the first Realtor to call back gets our business.  It was a Saturday mid-afternoon and Liz called back ten-minutes later.  We talked for serveral minutes and agreeed to meet later in the week. We met at one of the homes listed and planned on looking at several more.  Liz drove us all around Delaware and viewed over fourty-five homes, some two and three times.  She gave us great advice on what we were looking at.  Having moved several times and having a home construction background, I was amazed at what I could not see, but Liz could.  We finally decided on new construction and Liz worked side by side with the construction company and my wife and I.  She was instrumental with bargaining the final price and we received a better deal than if we went without her.  Liz even helped us with color selections and "walk thru's".  Settlement was so much smoother with her at the table.  We have recommeneded Liz to family and friends and their service was the same.  Liz is not just our Realtor; after our experience with her she is our friend.  And yes, to prove that, we get together for lunch when our busy schedules allow.
